In order to operate under new Covid-19 regulations, we will need to make some adjustments for this summer. Yesterday we had hoped for better news but as of now we are still limited to primarily outside training. There will only be one high school summer program in Woburn and Middleton. It will be a five (5) days a week,1 hour program that will start on 6/15. M-W-F will be primarily strength training, T-Th will be speed development. There will be no 2, 3, or 4 day options at this time. There will be one middle school program in Woburn and Middleton. It will be two (2) days a week, 1 hour program that will start on 06/15. The good news is that we are going to try to get as many athletes as possible started on our summer sports performance camps. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for all your support during these challenging times.

John Pallof provides world class physical therapy to athletes and adult clients of all ages and abilities. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions and provides expert level assessment and treatment of all types of injuries.

The Official Massage Therapists of MBSC. Each MAM therapist is also an MBSC strength coach, which ensures they are well-versed in the worlds of strength and conditioning, massage therapy, and rehabilitation. They provide a unique, personalized approach to each individual case.

Scott Georgaklis

Scott Georgaklis is a Strength and Conditioning Coach at MBSC as well as a manual therapist at Movement As Medicine. He previously interned with Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, where he has worked for the last 3 years; Combining concepts from high profile complex training programs and injury prevention mobility and stability training from his therapy background, gives Scott’s athletes access to a large foundational base of coaching knowledge.
