Testimonials

I have made tremendous improvements training during the off season with John. I have gained a significant amount of muscle, and am stronger than I have ever been. My workouts are specific to my needs, helping me regain strength and control of my shoulder. With John's knowledge and skill in rehabilitation and training I am looking forward to a healthy and strong 2011 season.

I was referred to John by the Rockies athletic training staff for an injury I had sustained during the course of my season. After conferring with the Colorado training staff and a thorough hands on evaluation of my injury John was able to make an accurate diagnosis and formulate a plan which completely resolved both my symptoms and their underlying causes. A combination of soft tissue work, manual therapy, and corrective exercise was very effective in addressing the underlying imbalances in strength and mobility that John had identified in our evaluation as causes for my dysfunction. Perhaps more importantly, John helped me develop a practical routine to follow to do everything possible to stay healthy. John's expertise helped me have a productive off season to prepare for 2011.

"I sought John's opinion for an ongoing injury I suffered at the conclusion of this past season. He was extremely thorough in his diagnosis, and used his vast knowledge base to create a plan for treating the injury itself, and then correcting other contributing factors to prevent future recurrences. John used an effective combination of soft tissue treatment and specific corrective exercises to not only treat the injury, but also eliminate the weakness' with a comprehensive maintenance program. John's knowledge base and soft tissue treatments allowed me to achieve a full recovery, and were a huge asset to my off-season training."

"For the past year I have been fortunate enough to have John Pallof work with me on the rehabilitation of my knee, back and foot. He has constructed several training programs specific to my rehabilitation. John's knowledge of biomechanics of the body coupled with his ability to create a well rounded, challenging and safe workout program are just what I need to be fit enough to play on the PGA Tour. He has helped increase my strength and power, and has helped me return to health - now if he could only help me putt!"
