MBSC Online Programming

The Programs we offer at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning are second to none, and before now, could only be extended to our local clients.

Now, we are making our monthly athlete & adult programs available for purchase online.  While online programs obviously aren’t ideal, and in-person coaching is far superior, this is not always realistic. Far too many “gym go-er’s” and athletes head to the gym without ANY guidance or structure.  We want to change that.

Unlike some online training plans, these programs have been tested and used every day at our facilities in Woburn and North Andover.  Everything being offered online is 100% consistent with the training athletes and adults receive at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning on a daily basis. Other than Mike Boyle’s Systems/Programming, what else can you expect from our Online Programs?

  •  A variety of training programs:  Adult Fat-loss, Advanced Adult Programs. Football, Hockey, Baseball, Off-season and In-season training (Coming soon, this summer!).  
  • Video demonstrations from multiple angles for EVERY exercise in all training programs.
  • Descriptions and coaching instruction on how to complete each exercise.
  • An easily accessible iPhone and Android APP that has the program, videos, and descriptions included very neatly.

2 Week Advanced Adult Program
  • Total Body Work-Out with more advanced Lifts like Barbell Bench & TrapBar Deadlift
  • Complete Warm Up and Conditioning each day
  • 4 "Lift Days" with Days 1 & 3 having a Lower Body emphasis and Days 2 & 4 being more Upper Body focused

12 Week Football Program
  • Total Body Work-Out designed to increase size, strength, and movement ability
  • Complete Warm Up and Conditioning each day with football specific acceleration, sprinting, and change of direction drills
  • 4 "Lift Days" with Days 1 & 3 having a Lower Body and Heavy Implement Power emphasis and Days 2 & 4 being more Upper Body focused

     
12 Week Hockey Program
  • Total Body Work-Out designed to improve Speed and Power, Strength, and Hockey specific Conditioning
  • Complete Warm Up that includes acceleration, sprinting and change of direction work
  • Complete Conditioning each day that includes Slideboarding
  • 4 "Lift Days" with Days 1 & 3 having a Lower Body and Heavy Implement Power emphasis and Days 2 & 4 being more Upper Body focused

 

12 Week Baseball Program

  • Total Body Work-Out designed to improve Speed and Power, Strength, that also includes Baseball Specific Arm Care
  • Complete Warm Up that includes acceleration, sprinting and change of direction work
  • Complete Conditioning each day that includes sprintning and other cardiovascular work to prepare for the unique conditioning demands of baseball

 

12 Week Multi-Sport Athlete Program

  • Total Body Work-Out designed to improve Speed, Power, and Strength that applies to almost all Sports
  • Complete Warm Up that includes fundamental acceleration, sprinting and change of direction work
  • Complete Conditioning each day that includes Sprinting, Lateral Movement and other Cardiovascular Training

12 Week Distance Athlete Program

  • Total Body Work-Out with Strength, Power & Mobility Work
  • Used with our entire Distance Athlete population to reduce future injury
  • 2 "Lift Days" with a Stretching/Mobility routine that we highly recommend you complete each and every day
