Nick Disalvo

Nick joined the MBSC team as an intern in the fall of 2024 and joined full time in the Summer of 2025 following his graduation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Endicott College. Prior to graduation, he had internship experience with physical therapy and strength and conditioning that has grown his love and passion for this field.
He had the privilege of playing collegiate lacrosse at Endicott for four years which taught him the value of teammates and overcoming challenges, whether goal-oriented or injury related. Being an athlete his whole life, Nick wants to give back to the next generation of athletes by putting them in the best position to succeed on and off the field both physically and mentally.
Nick is CFSC Level 1 & 2 certified and is actively seeking more certifications to better serve his clients and deliver the best coaching and training experience possible.
