Katie completed her internship at MBSC in the fall of 2024 and was hired in September 2025 after graduating from Endicott College. At Endicott, she earned her degree in Exercise Science and was a four-year member of the Women’s Basketball Team, serving as both a leader and team captain. Her dedication and leadership helped guide the team to a championship win during her senior year.
In high school, Katie competed in both track and cross country. She ran the 400m and 800m in track, where she still holds the school record in the 800m with a time of 2:23. In cross country, she earned All-Conference honors with a personal best of 20:48. She was also recognized as an All-State basketball player.
As a Certified Functional Strength Coach, Katie is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and functional skills while achieving their goals. Her experiences on and off the court taught her the importance of hard work and perseverance—principles she now instills in the athletes she trains. She also prioritizes making fitness fun and motivating, creating an environment where people are excited to come to the gym and be inspired.
