Courtney joined the MBSC team in the fall of 2020. During her time at MBSC, Courtney has worked with a wide range of clients from young middle school athletes to a range of high level and professional athletes. Her goal is to train all her clients to improve their overall athletic performance, decrease risk of injuries, and help them feel better both physically and mentally.
Prior to joining the MBSC team, Courtney received her bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina University. While attending Salve, Courtney was a member of both the Women’s Ice Hockey and Lacrosse teams; she was a senior captain for both. After graduation, Courtney went on to play hockey for three years in Perth, Western Australia in the AWIHL. She served as a captain for the 2019/2020 season with the Inferno.
In addition to working at MBSC, Courtney is currently coaching youth hockey for the U16 New England Wildcats Girls. She also works one day a week with neurodiverse clients doing adaptive fitness.
