Breanna Gustin

June 30, 2021

As a strength coach, Bre wants to assist athletes and non-athletes to improve their athletic/physical performance and reach their fitness goals, so that they can feel good about themselves and live their healthiest life. Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning has been major part of her life since 2012 when she first joined a high school sports performance group. Fast forward to the summer of 2019, her last time training as an athlete at MBSC, Bre knew this was the place where she was meant to eventually start her career. She joined the team after interning in the Winter of 2020.

Bre graduated from Salve Regina University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. While at Salve, she had the privilege play on the Women’s Soccer team for 4 years, with teammates that are now lifelong friends. During her time at Salve Regina, Bre completed a strength and conditioning internship at their fitness center, where she assisted with team lifts and training sessions. When she would come home during the summers of her college years, Bre helped coach her high school summer soccer team at Arlington Catholic, as well as being a part of a women’s soccer league. Bre’s passion for health and fitness had grown stronger and she knew that she wanted to do something with that passion. Bre is extremely happy to be a part of the MBSC family now, and hopes to continue her education in Strength & Conditioning!
