NHL, JUNIOR, and COLLEGE HOCKEY

Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning has trained countless professional, junior, and college-level hockey players. Many hockey players use the intensive summer program to prepare them for the grueling upcoming season.

NFL COMBINE PREPARATION

Author Pete Williams of The Draft, credited Mike Boyle with inventing combine training in 1984. One of Mike's most notable athletes was BC defensive lineman Mike Mamula in 1998, who had one of the best combine performances ever recorded. Mamula came out of obscurity to become a first round draft pick for the Philadelphia Eagles after completing Mike Boyle's combine training program.

Mike Boyle has been teaching and training NFL prospects for 24 years. For many of his athletes much of their future career depends on the NFL Combine and Pro Day. Mike offers his expertise to the athletes, describes what to expect on the big day, and teaches them how to shave off precious tenths, and get those extra reps.

This comprehensive 4 day/week program features a different aspect of combine testing each day, with instruction and then practice, under the watchful eyes of Mike Boyle and his staff. After completing the technical aspects and practicing the combine testing, the group begins their workout. Workouts consist of sport specific movement, increasing strength, power, speed, quickness, and conditioning.

Check out our Media page to see video clips of our current combine athletes in action.
