Personal Training Frequently Asked Questions
MBSC is known for training pro and elite athletes, but can they train an "normal" person like me?
Many of the athletes we work with end up on television or in the newspaper but the majority of the people we train are "normal" people - people who do not earn their living by playing sports. We have years of experience in training those who want to improve and maximize their overall fitness. If fact, our client list has more accountants than All-Pros and more home-makers than Hall-of-Famers.
Obtaining a Personal Trainer at MBSC?
Our single session rate for one-on-one personal training is $75 per hour. We offer a 10 session package for $70 per hour ($700) and a 20 session package for $1350. In fact, our rates are slightly lower than personal training sessions at most health clubs. The savings are even greater because MBSC does not charge a monthly membership fee - you only pay when you work out. We want you to work towards getting better. - call for group prices -

Testimonials
"Self-confidence, passion, joy......strength. That is what I get from my personal training sessions at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning."
"I would come every day if I could. The physical results are obvious...long, lean, sculpted muscle that replaces fat. The entire experience is achieved in an encouraging, un-intimidating and professional atmosphere that is so much fun!!"

"There are not enough ‘glowing’ words to describe my experience at your gym. I believe that it is one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. I feel better at age 52 than I did in my forties."
"I started working out at Boyle’s for the sole purpose of improving my tennis game. I have taken my game to a higher level because of my fitness. I can now run down balls that were previously untouchable, stay lower longer and serve with more power."
"I look forward to my work-outs because you keep them varied and challenging. You know my strengths and weaknesses, and you always push me to my limits without overdoing it. I love the fact that we do the same workout at the professional athletes. Everybody is equally important at Boyle’s."
